SevaLinks is a digital platform operated by SG – Smart Digital Solutions, providing products and services to customers primarily in Egypt.
Accepted payment methods
SevaLinks accepts payments through authorized banks, payment gateways, digital wallets, debit and credit cards, and bank transfers made available through SG – Smart Digital Solutions. Supported payment channels are displayed at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.
Currency
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before the customer confirms their purchase. Prices are shown clearly at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Secure payment processing
All transactions on SevaLinks are processed through authorized and licensed payment service providers and banking institutions. SevaLinks does not collect, store, or retain any payment card data. All payment information is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable security standards.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged during processing, the associated order or service will not be activated until the payment is successfully completed. Customers are advised to retry payment or contact their bank or payment service provider for further assistance.
Invoices and receipts
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an electronic order confirmation or receipt. For any billing inquiries or discrepancies, customers may contact SevaLinks support for assistance.
No refund policy
All sales on SevaLinks are final. Due to the nature of the products and services offered, payments are non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed and processed. Customers are strongly advised to review their orders thoroughly before completing any purchase. SevaLinks reserves the right to assess exceptional cases at its sole discretion.
